Storefront pickup policies & procedures


The following conditions apply to the new storefront pickup option:


  • The storefront pickup desk will be open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • Your order will be ready 30 minutes after you receive the order confirmation email.
  • Please note unpaid orders will be cancelled after 48 hours unless you advise us by email that payment is in process.
  • Access to the desk will be outside the store. Customers are not currently allowed inside the retail store. 
  • Orders must still be placed online. New orders will not be processed at the storefront.
  • Please have your order details, picture ID and credit card ready.
  • Cash or check payments will not be accepted.
  • If your order will be collected by someone other than yourself please send an email with the full name of the person. A matching picture ID will be required at pickup. 
  • iTunes/PlayStation/Xbox code curbside redemption: MUST use device with cellular data.
