With the mic unplugged, you can use the QuietComfort 35 II headset as a pair of over-ear wireless headphones. Active noise cancellation and volume-optimized active EQ can block ambient noise while automatically adjusting the quality of your music, podcasts, and videos for lifelike sound. Plug in the Discord- and TeamSpeak-certified noise-canceling boom mic, and clearly communicate with your squad on PC, console, or mobile.

    PC Controller

    For PC gamers, you can connect the included USB PC controller to your computer for convenient access to volume and mic monitoring. The controller puck sits on your desktop and features a large dial that lets you quickly and easily adjust the master volume. A built-in mic monitoring button lets you monitor how your voice is being heard, and offers four different modes (off, low, medium, and high) so you can avoid coming through to too loudly when playing online. Note that the controller is not required to use the QuietComfort 35 II as a PC gaming headset.

    Multi-Day Playtime

    The built-in battery of the QuietComfort 35 II gaming headset gives you up to 40 hours of battery life in wired gaming mode, and up to 20 hours in wireless audio mode.

    Quick Charge

    If you forgot to charge the headset but need to meetup in-game ASAP, a quick 15-minute charge can give you up to 5 hours of wired gaming audio, and up to 2.5 hours of wireless playback.

    Google & Alexa Compatible

    When you use the QuietComfort 35 II wirelessly as your lifestyle headphones, a built-in mic in the earcup works with the integrated action button to active your mobile device's digital assistant. The headset is compatible with both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Simply press the action button and give your voice command to manage audio, calls, texts, and more.

The Bose app should be downloaded to keep your device up to date as these updates can resolve some issues experienced when using Bose products. We are able to process Bose products sold by us for repair or replacement at no cost to you. However, you will have to wait for the repaired/product to come back which may take several weeks.
